After 28 wonderful years as a Conscious Business consultant and leadership coach to global organizations across dozens of industries, I pivoted my focus in 2020 to support women leaders. This included offering coaching and workshops based on my research on women over 50 and working as an Executive Facilitator for Chief – the world’s largest executive women’s member network of CEOs and VPs.

My book “A Call to Further Becoming” based on interviews with diverse women over age 50 achieved Amazon best-selling new release status due to the reality of women recognizing the exciting and needed shift toward greater balance in the workplace and in our collective culture for qualities long-reflected by what Lynne Twist calls the feminine wing of the bird of humanity.

And now in 2026, I pivot to another focus: bringing more of our true spiritual natures into the work I do.

I have the privilege of working part-time for a philanthropic organization providing inspired benevolence to people in need, with my own emphasis on those who are institutionalized in prisons, jails, or mental institutions.

Alongside this wonderful work, I still offer business coaching and consulting to select clients, founded on the principles of conscious business and the innate spiritual and moral integrity of who we really are as reflections of a Higher Power.
